Interactive cooking lessons are the perfect experience for someone who is interested in learning and improving their skills in a relaxed and fun manner.

Guests cook alongside the fully trained Kitchen Collective Team and create mouth-watering meals which are eaten as they are prepared. It is a relaxed ‘class’ as it allows you to get as involved as you want to, but should you wish to simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings, a glass of wine or a chat with a friend, this is totally in order.

These evenings follow a set theme of cuisine and the recipes are carefully selected to provide a good variety of around 6-8 dishes. These classes suit people of all cooking levels. We create a safe space where we can all learn and enjoy in the preparation and eating of fabulous food. We try to accommodate food preferences and dietary requirements where possible, but please understand that this is a set menu. Our booking system allows you to book a single spot, a couple or a small group.

Guest Chef Classes


A beautiful, neutral space and fully equipped demo kitchen for chefs to show off their cooking skills and favourite dishes by hosting cooking demos, product launches/activations, pop-up restaurants, Chef’s Table, and private cooking lessons for individuals or for groups up to 35 people.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities one would need to host a professional demonstration. The venue hosts up to 80 guests seated cinema and canapé style, and up to 50 people seated at tables. Our on-site and freelance teams are fully prepared to assist the chef and to offer our support services in all respects, from shopping and food prep, assistants for the event as well as venue set up and decor.

We’ve had some really amazing chefs in the past, including Liam Tomlin, Ivor Jones, Neill Anthony, Siba, Zola Nene, Jason Whitehead and look forward to all those still to come.
